Sparkling wine produced from selected and hand-harvested Glera grapes grown on the hills of Valdobbiadene. It is the highest example of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore. Straw yellow in color and on the nose it has notes of golden apple, peach and pear. On the palate, it has an excellent sapidity and freshness. This sparkling wine is produced according to the Charmat method, which gives it a fine and persistent perlage.
